Dockland (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a macOS productivity tool that runs entirely locally. The App operates in background Accessory Mode, residing in your menu bar notch area, and does not display an icon in the Dock.

The App does not include any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.), advertising SDKs, user tracking code, or social sharing components. The App does not transmit any of your data to any third parties.
Dockland does not require an internet connection to operate normally. During its operation, the App does not initiate any network requests, nor does it upload data or engage in remote communication.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone (including children under 13). Since we do not collect any data, we are fully compliant with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
